Featured Collection: One-of-a-Kind Shell Gifts

Our one-of-a-kind shell gifts are at the heart of Billow & Breeze.

Each piece begins with an ethically recycled shell, carefully selected for its natural beauty and individuality. From there, it goes through our detailed eleven-step process, where it is cleaned, prepared, sealed, decorated and finished entirely by hand.

Every shell is created in its own way. Some are hand painted, some are decoupaged, and others are designed as tiny coastal scenes using non-toxic UV resin, natural small shells and seaside-inspired details. Finished with gold or silver edging and a beautiful glossy coat, each piece is transformed into a unique keepsake full of coastal character.

Because every shell is naturally different, no two pieces can ever be exactly alike — making each Billow & Breeze shell gift truly one of a kind.

Meet Dawn & Aiden

Billow & Breeze is a mother-and-son business based in Stranraer, in the south west of Scotland. Inspired by the sea, the stunning coastline and the joy of creating something meaningful together, what began as a way to build a future around Aiden's creativity has grown in to our very own coastal gift shop, filled with handmade pieces, beautiful scents and thoughtful gifts.
