Jewelled Tide – Handmade Oyster Shell Trinket Dish

A richly detailed miniature shoreline created inside a genuine natural oyster shell.

Jewelled Tide features swirling shades of deep blue, turquoise and foaming white, hand finished to evoke sunlight moving across the sea. Along one side sits a textured golden shoreline filled with warm metallic and iridescent sparkle.

The shore is embellished with a small decorative beetle and a collection of gold-coloured shells, giving the piece the appearance of tiny treasures discovered at the water’s edge.

The naturally irregular rim and pointed end have been finished in liquid gold leaf. On the reverse, clear UV resin with golden mica enhances the oyster shell’s original amber, cream and charcoal tones while allowing its natural ridges and patina to remain beautifully visible.

Perfect for holding rings, earrings and other tiny treasures, or displayed simply as a one-of-a-kind piece of coastal art.
