Inspired by the coastline and the beauty of found treasures, these handmade sea pottery earrings are created using pottery discovered on beaches near and far. Each piece is carefully selected, cut into shape and finished by hand, celebrating the character, colour and pattern of the original pottery.

This pair features white and blue floral sea pottery in a tie-shaped design, finished with liquid silver leaf and silver coloured hypoallergenic findings. Unique, lightweight and full of coastal charm, they make a beautiful everyday piece or a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves the sea.

Additional Information

These stunning oyster shells come from the shores of Loch Ryan in the south west of Scotland, next to the town of Stranraer. One of the largest and oldest natural oyster beds in Scotland, dating back to 1701, it is at the heart of conservation methods around the world. The oyster shells are repurposed, washed, painted then decoupaged by hand before being hand finished with gold leaf (or silver leaf, etc., depending on the design). Each one is, by its nature, unique. A stunning gift to take away from a beautiful part of the world.
